The short version of what Samvara keeps about you.

Product updates by email

Joining from the “Get updates” box on our website subscribes you straight away and we send you one welcome email; there is no confirmation step. If you create a Samvara account, you are added to the same list when you first sign in with a verified email code. We use your address only to send occasional Samvara product news.

We store your email address, how you joined (account or website), when you agreed and your language, in our own database and in Resend, the service that sends our email. Every update has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects sign-in codes or other account emails. If an address hard-bounces or marks one of our emails as spam, we stop emailing it. Closing your Samvara account removes you from the updates list and deletes your address from it.
